Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice Policy

Client are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours of notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling their appointment. We are SELF-PAY only.

 

Late Cancellation Fee

 

Failure to provide the require notice will result a late cancellation fee of the full session being charged to client's account.

Exceptions

In case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, we understand that cancellation may be necessary without sufficient notice. Please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation.

Refunds

​

There are no refund provided to client post-session. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
